Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Fundshing handles personal information submitted through its public scheduling experience, governed CRM workspace and connected calendar services.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
Information we collect
When you schedule a meeting, we collect the details you submit, including your name, business email, company, phone number, time zone, meeting time and agenda. We also retain operational records needed to deliver confirmations, reminders and calendar coordination.
Fundshing does not ask for passwords, payment-card details or sensitive identity documents through the scheduling form.
How we use the information
We use scheduling information to arrange and manage the requested meeting, send transactional confirmations and reminders, prevent conflicting bookings, and maintain an accurate business-relationship record in Fundshing CRM.
A submitted email may be associated with an existing CRM contact or used to create a new governed contact record. The information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Google Calendar, Meet and recording data
When a user explicitly connects Google Calendar to Fundshing Notetaker, Fundshing reads calendar availability and meeting details to identify scheduled calls, coordinate the requested notetaker attendance and keep the related CRM record accurate. Where the user authorizes it, Fundshing may update the relevant calendar event. For Google Meet calls selected by the user, Fundshing may read Meet metadata and Meet-created recordings or transcripts to prepare the requested meeting notes and follow-up record.
Fundshing uses Google user data only to provide and improve these user-facing calendar and notetaker features. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except trusted service providers needed to operate Fundshing CRM, legal requirements, or with the user's direction. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models. Users can disconnect Google Calendar in Fundshing CRM; access tokens are then revoked or deleted and future synchronization stops.
Lawful and responsible processing
Fundshing processes booking information to respond to your request and pursue legitimate business relationship management. Where consent is requested for email reminders, it is recorded with the booking. You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to legal and audit-retention obligations.
Service providers and transfers
Authorized infrastructure, calendar and email providers may process the minimum data needed to host the service, create calendar events and deliver messages. Access is restricted, logged and governed by Fundshing CRM controls.
Retention and security
Booking and relationship records are retained only for operational, audit, legal and business-continuity needs. Connected calendar and meeting data is retained only for the documented CRM and notetaker purpose, subject to the user's access and deletion requests. Fundshing uses access controls, authenticated administration, database policies and encrypted transport to protect these records.
