Terms of Service

Fundshing CRM is provided for authorised business relationship, scheduling, workflow and meeting-notetaking activities. You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure and use the service in compliance with applicable law and the rights of meeting participants.

Only authorised Fundshing team members and invited users may access protected workspace features. We may suspend access that is unauthorised, insecure or likely to harm the service or others.

You may choose to connect Google Calendar or other supported services. By doing so, you authorise Fundshing to use the permissions shown during the connection flow only to deliver the requested integration. You are responsible for obtaining any notice or consent required before inviting Fundshing Notetaker to a call or processing a recording or transcript.

You can disconnect a connected account in Fundshing CRM. Disconnection stops future synchronization and notetaker coordination for that account.

You retain responsibility for the information, calendar events, recordings, transcripts and other material that you provide or choose to process through Fundshing CRM. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to use that material with the service.

Fundshing may process that material only as needed to operate, secure and support the service, comply with law, and maintain necessary audit and business-continuity records.

Fundshing aims to operate the service reliably but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms, networks or integrations. Features may change as the service evolves; material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the customer relationship.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Fundshing CRM Privacy Policy. These terms do not reduce any privacy rights granted by applicable law or that policy.
